Originally from San Francisco, Elaine moved to New York ten years ago—and that’s where Neon Owl officially came to life. It wasn’t long before they launched Open Door Sessions (ODS)—a platform that would become the beating heart of their artist development work.

A Label Is Born: Debut Release with Hidden Axis & WISNER

With the return of Open Door Sessions, Neon Owl also announced something even bigger: the birth of Neon Owl Records. Naturally, they launched with a bang—dropping their debut single, “Fallen Angel” by Hidden Axis & WISNER.

The track feels haunting and powerful—walking the line between darkness and light. It opens with airy, ethereal melodies layered over soft pulses, slowly building tension. As the atmosphere thickens, the track explodes into a bass-heavy drop that blends melodic bass, rock, dubstep, and drum & bass. The emotional contrast between intensity and vulnerability is stunning.
