The Women Behind SoCal's Largest Female-Owned Rave Collective
Meet the powerhouse women redefining Southern California’s underground rave scene and building a thriving community from the ground up.
Meet the Women behind The LA Raver
The LA Raver is Southern California’s largest female-owned rave collective and media platform, known for our 22,000+ subscriber newsletter, 60,000 Instagram followers, and weekly events that bring in 1,000+ attendees. We interviewed the 13 women who work tirelessly behind the scenes to help make The LA Raver what it is today. We asked each of them about their role on the team and what they love most about being part of our community.

What do you do for The LA Raver?
I am the founder and owner of The LA Raver! I started The LA Raver in February of 2024 because I noticed that most collectives in LA were entirely male-owned and operated, and I wanted to create change in the industry in any way that I could! Every day, our team tries to create the safest and most fun afters in LA!
What’s your favorite part about being on the team?
Everyone on our team is so passionate and hard-working, it truly inspires me to keep going, even through the tough days. Even though I don’t work with many women outside of our own team, we all get the opportunity to uplift other female professionals and DJs while building our own platform, and it really has been awesome to see. Team LA Raver forever!
Nancy Castillo: Manager of Guest Relations

What do you do for The LA Raver?
I manage guest lists for promoters and artists, while actively engaging with attendees throughout the event to ensure an exceptional experience.
What’s your favorite part about being on the team?
Making connections and memories with new friends.
Baddie Addie: Bar Manager/Lead Bartender

What do you do for The LA Raver?
As the bar manager, I handle every aspect of keeping the bar running smoothly at our raves—from staffing and scheduling to counting, planning, and picking up inventory. I make sure we’re fully stocked with everything needed for a successful event, manage cash flow and tip outs, and keep the energy high by creating unique specialty drinks for every party. I also design eye-catching fliers to promote these specials, ensuring the bar is not only efficient but an exciting part of the rave experience with a fun, energetic group of girlies!
What’s your favorite part about being on the team?
My favorite part of working for LA Raver is being part of a girl-dominated party! After years of managing and working at raves mostly run and staffed by men, it’s refreshing and empowering to be surrounded by such a strong, supportive team of women. I always feel safe, valued, and uplifted—and everyone truly feels like family. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with!
Adrianna: Promoter Manager

What do you do for The LA Raver?
As a Promoter Manager, I oversee promoter sales. I assist the promoters with their posts, links, engagement, and overall promotion strategy when needed. I’ve been on the team for a little more than a year so I’m a dependable resource for the team; usually offering guidance, support, and an extra set of hands whenever and wherever it’s needed. On event days, I’m constantly checking in with the team, (from the door to the bar) making sure everyone has what they need to keep things running smoothly.
What’s your favorite part about being on the team?
One of my favorite parts of being on the team is meeting people from all walks of life within the rave community. From well-seasoned raver OGs to baby ravers, I love hearing the unique stories and journeys that bring us all together. My other favorite part of being on the team is helping create safe and fun events for the community in a way no one else in LA is doing. At LA Raver, we always put our guests first and it shows.
Bonners: Executive Assistant

What do you do for The LA Raver?
I’m basically Danielle’s mission control for The LA Raver. I scout promoters, keep track of event finances, make sure promoters and artists get paid, and run The LA Raver’s IG inbox. I’m usually up until 5 a.m. sending out event addresses with a cafecito in hand, booking her meetings, and keeping things running smoothly so she can put her energy into the events themselves. Some days I’m scheduling last minute vet visits for her cat, other days I’m settling payment drama, and every now and then I’m the unofficial Temu Therapist reminding her to throw ice in the tub when sh*t hits the fan.
What’s your favorite part about being on the team?
I’ve got the chance to meet some great people. Danielle, Jason, Adriana, Julia, and the rest of the team. Music is a deep enjoyment for me and I’ve gotten to experience another version of it now as well. It’s typically hard to connect with people since I am an introvert, but The LA Raver’s team is PLUR in a very genuine way. I’ve been able to vulnerably explore stepping outside my norm and make these connections.

What do you do for The LA Raver?
I help write and edit The LA Raver’s weekly newsletter + other little here and there editorial tasks. (I even edited this article you’re reading right now hehe.)
What’s your favorite part about being on the team?
My favorite part(s) of being on the team is working with other cool women who inspire me, as well as discovering new music and artists every week.
Julia Sarieva: Operations Manager

What do you do for The LA Raver?
I do a lot of the backend work for the LA Raver events! You’ll see me running around doing tasks, checking in on staff and attendees, working the door, doing a bunch of the heavy lifting, and helping make sure everything is running smoothly. Sometimes I’ll help with being a media rep at events too!
What’s your favorite part about being on the team?
My absolute favorite part of being on the team is being surrounded by empowering, talented, and intelligent women. I love being part of a community that is female-led, truly values the ideas of PLUR, and creates a safe space to showcase and advocate for more female representation within the underground (and outside of it). Honestly, everyone on the team (yes, including the boys) is really cool and supportive, and they have brought nothing but joy and appreciation into my life.
Luna: Editor & Writer

What do you do for The LA Raver?
I complete interviews, promotion work, and press coverage here and there!
What’s your favorite part about being on the team?
My favorite part about being on the team is being led by a rising leader in the music industry (My Queen Danielle <3) and surrounded by a community that truly loves electronic music, and every single aspect of it. The endless support, love, and passion for this team and its community is infectious. It has been inspirational, creatively fulfilling and filled with amazing memories!
What do you do for The LA Raver?

I’m the new intern for Danielle Tudahl’s The LA Raver! I help make content and edits for both The LA Raver and Rave Haven’s social media for their monthly events, help manage and support members of the promoter team, and spread PLUR and positive vibes throughout our community!
What’s your favorite part about being on the team?
My favorite part about being on the team is how kind and inviting everyone’s been since I started. As an introvert, it really pushed me out of my comfort zone and motivated me to test my skills as a creator and promoter overall. I’m excited for what’s to come!
Lexi: Assistant Lead Bartender

What do you do for The LA Raver?
I help with bar operations and make sure the bar is running smoothly at all events.
What’s your favorite part about being on the team?
I love working for this rave collective because it's all about positivity and inclusivity. Everyone is just there to have a good time and dance until the sun comes up (literally).
Dutches Ka’iulani Richards: Photographer/Media

What do you do for The LA Raver?
I am the Photographer & Videographer for The LA Raver.
What’s your favorite part about being on the team?
My favorite part of being on the team is knowing how safe The LA Raver afters are, as I have told Danielle many times. I can be very skeptical of going to afters because a lot of them are in sketchy areas and I just don’t feel safe, but at the LA Raver afters, I always feel safe! She definitely has the most security coverage at her events and allows me (if available) to park onsite or right in front of the venue for safety. Safety is such a big thing & Danielle definitely prioritizes that, which I really appreciate.
Another thing I like about being on the team is that it is women owned! As a Woman Entrepreneur myself, I love to see other successful woman in the music industry, and I love the support that I get from Danielle.
Lastly, The LA Raver parties are always lit. Always a great time.
Haley Stubbs: Audio Team (Klarity Audio)

What do you do for The LA Raver?
I'm part of the production team, specializing in audio engineering from start to finish. My work includes setting up, operating, and breaking down audio equipment to ensure high-quality sound for every production. With a focus on precision and reliability, I help bring each event to life through seamless audio execution.
What’s your favorite part about being on the team?
I love being part of The LA Raver because it gives me the chance to contribute to something bigger than myself. There’s a unique satisfaction in knowing that the work I do—setting up, engineering, and breaking down audio—helps create a smooth, professional experience for everyone involved. I love watching everything come together. Being surrounded by people who are passionate and committed pushes me to keep learning and giving my best.
April: Lighting Team (ILT Lights)

My name is April and I am a part of the lighting production team! I help with installing all the Astera tubes, programming them, and keeping the vibes up to the beats of the music all night long!
What’s your favorite part about being on the team?
I absolutely love being a part of the LA Raver production team! Being a part of the community and being able to work with the best is enlightening! Never have to think if I fit in, as it just feels like family! I wouldn’t have it any other way! Thankful for this opportunity!
